3 Langkah Simple Besarkan Otot Lengan Tangan Untuk Pemula...


FikriSpot, Healthy Body - Anda Para Pria pasti pernah menginginkan Tubuh yang ideal atau bahkan Tubuh kekar, Contohnya Seperti Otot lengan, Perut Six pack dll. Sebelumnya saya sudah membahas Cara Cepat dan Mudah Membentuk Perut Six Pack, dan Kali ini saya akan membahas tentang 3 Langkah Simple Besarkan Otot Lengan Untuk Pemula.

Sebenarnya semua Cara yang intinya untuk kesehatan juga sama, semua tergantung dari program latihan anda, jika anda tidak bisa mengatur pola latihan, mungkin latihan tersebut malah akan mengantarkan anda pada Cedera. Pastinya anda tidak ingin itu terjadi bukan, maka dari itu saya anjurkan anda tidak usah terlalu memaksakan diri untuk terus menerus latihan berat, di sini saya akan memberikan 3 Langkah simple yang akan membesarkan Otot lengan anda, dan Pastinya meminimalisir Cedera. Namun harus di lakukan secara teratur juga, agar hasil yang di dapat bisa Maksimal. Berikut 3 Langkahnya :

1. Angkat Barbel


3 Langkah Simple Besarkan Otot Lengan Tangan Untuk Pemula...


Sudah pasti untuk jadikan otot lengan kekar Salah satunya dengan Angkat barbel, karena dengan angkat barbel Otot lengan kita di Paksa untuk menahan beban berat dan ini di lakukan berulang- ulang, Sehingga otot lengan anda akan terbiasa menerima Beban berat seperti itu. Bagi Pemula yang belum terbiasa Olahraga berat atau Angkat Barbel, mungkin anda bisa memulai latihan dengan Beban barbel yang cukup ringan terlebih dahulu Seperti 3 - 5 Kg. lalu angkat barbel tersebut berulang - ulang namun perlahan jangan tergesa - gesa. Jika anda tergesa - gesa yang di khawatirkan... otot lengan anda akan kaget dan kram, sehingga mengakibatkan Cedera. Waktu yang paling efektif untuk latihan Angkat barbel adalah Pada saat bangun Tidur dan sebelum tidur. Lakukan angkat barbel selama anda masih kuat, jika sudah benar - benar tidak kuat / lelah, baru anda berhenti dan beristirahatlah. Lakukan ini dengan Rutin dan Teratur Ok. Dan tambahlah beban Barbel jika sudah terbiasa dengan beban yang lama.

2. Push Up


3 Langkah Simple Besarkan Otot Lengan Tangan Untuk Pemula...


Yang ke dua adalah Push Up. Langkah yang kedua ini sebenarnya memiliki dua Fungsi untuk pembentukan otot, yaitu otot lengan dan dada. Namun Push up juga cukup efektif untuk pembentukan Otot lengan. Push up sendiri tidak memerlukan Alat bantu, Cukup ruangan untuk sekujur tubuh anda Supaya bisa melakukan Push up. Langkahnya Sederhana Pasang Posisi tengkurap dan badan lurus tempelkan telapak tangan di permukaan, lalu dorong badan anda ke atas dan ke bawah berulang - ulang. Untuk Pemula lakukan Push up Mungkin 5 - 10 kali, lalu beristirahatlah. Lakukan ini dengan Teratur juga. Supaya Hasilnya maksimal.

3. Chin Up


3 Langkah Simple Besarkan Otot Lengan Tangan Untuk Pemula...



Terakhir adalah Chin Up, Mungkin dari 3 langkah ini, Chin Up yang Paling berat karena kita di paksa untuk Mengangkat beban tubuh anda sendiri dengan cara bergelantung. Chin up memerlukan suatu Alat atau tempat untuk Bergelantung. Caranya.. Cengkram tempat untuk bergelantung tersebut namun jarak Antara tangan kanan dengan tangan kiri juga harus Cukup Lebar. Lalu angkat Tubuh anda dan usahakan sampai Dagu anda melewati tinggi dari tangan anda, dan turunkan Tubuh anda secara perlahan juga Supaya Otot anda tidak kram. Untuk Pemula lakukan ini 3 - 5 kali Saja Perhari, jika tidak sanggup ya.. sesanggup anda hehe...

Note : Sebelum melakukan Langkah - langkah di atas Anda jangan lupa untuk Pemanasan dan atur pola makan & Istirahat.
